The 60-Day Promise
It is a gentle, plant-based ear rinse used as a simple weekly routine. Complete that routine for the full 60 days and, if you see no improvement, we refund what you paid for the product. Please read these terms before you buy — we would rather you know exactly how this works than be surprised later.
Who qualifies
All of the following must be true:
- You bought directly from this website. Purchases from marketplaces or resellers are not covered.
- You are a first-time claimant. One promise claim per person, household, payment method and shipping address — lifetime.
- You bought a multi-bottle bundle (the 2-pack or 3-pack). A bundle holds enough for a full, documented 60-day cycle. The single 60 ml bottle does not, so it is not eligible for this promise.
- You completed the protocol: two to three drops per ear, one to two times a week, across the full 60 days, with most of the product used.
- You can show the documentation: clear, comparable before (day 1) and after (day 60) photos of the same ear, plus your order number.
How to claim
- Email help@fondpaws.com within 14 days after your 60th day, with your order number, your before-and-after photos, and one or two sentences on how you used it.
- We review your claim within 7 business days. Once it is approved, you return the used bottle or bottles to us. Return shipping is paid by you — that is the honest friction that keeps this promise real.
- After we receive the return, we refund the product price you paid. The original shipping and the return shipping are not refunded.
The fine print
- Claims outside the 60-day-plus-14-day window, or without complete and comparable photos and an order number, cannot be honored.
- Photos must be authentic and reasonably comparable. We may decline incomplete, altered or inconsistent claims.
- Not covered: misuse or use against the label; an allergic or adverse reaction (stop use and see your vet); and results claimed without consistent weekly use across the full 60 days.
- This is a voluntary promise from the brand. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable law or our standard return policy.
- We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
Results vary. This is a cosmetic hygiene rinse, not a medicine or a treatment for infection, mites or disease.
