You can skip or pause any delivery in your account, no phone call. There is no minimum term: you can cancel in your account from the first delivery onward, with 14 days notice before the next charge. Your price stays the same for as long as the plan runs — if we ever change it, you hear from us before it applies.

It is a cleaning rinse: it lifts wax, dirt and odor out of the ear canal, and that is the job it is built for. Whether that settles the scratching in your dog depends on what is causing it, which is why the 90 day promise is there — use it once or twice a week and judge it yourself. Results vary.

There is no alcohol, no peroxide and no vinegar in it — those are the ingredients that make a rinse bite on skin that is already sore. Every dog is different, so try one ear first and stop if your pet reacts. If the ear is already painful, red or oozing, see your vet before using any rinse.

It is made for dogs and cats and used on the outer ear and the entrance of the canal, not swallowed. Keep the bottle away from eyes and mouth, and wipe the outer ear afterwards. For puppies, kittens, pregnant animals or a pet on medication, ask your vet before you start.

This is a cosmetic hygiene rinse for cleaning, prevention and early symptoms, not a medicine. If your pet has pain, swelling, discharge or a lot of redness, skip the rinse and see your vet first. When in doubt, ask your vet.

Add two to three drops into the ear canal, then massage the base of the ear for about thirty seconds. Let your pet shake, then wipe the outer ear clean. Repeat once or twice a week.

Mild and fresh, never harsh. There is no heavy clove scent and no perfume cover up, just a light, clean finish from the lavender and mint on the label.

It is a thin liquid, not an ointment, and most of it comes straight back out when your pet shakes — that shake is doing half the work. Keep a cloth to hand for the shake, and the soft curved tip meters two to three drops so nothing shoots in too fast or spills.
