The 90-Day Promise

Lead paragraph slot: the one job the product is built for, the honest usage window, and the plain-words promise (complete the protocol, see no change, get your product price back). Invite them to read before buying — transparency IS the conversion asset.

Who qualifies

All of the following must be true:

• You bought directly from this website. Purchases from marketplaces or resellers are not covered.
• You are a first-time claimant. One promise claim per person, household, payment method and shipping address — lifetime.
• Qualifier slot: the tier that contains a full usage cycle (the single unit does not and is not eligible).
• Qualifier slot: the completed protocol (daily use across the full window; most of the product used — expected and required).
• Qualifier slot: the documentation (comparable before/after evidence from day 1 and the end of the window, plus order number).

How to claim

1. Email help@fondpaws.com within 14 days after your 90th day, with your order number, your before-and-after photos, and one or two sentences on how you used it.
2. Review-step slot: review window, then the return of the used product — return shipping paid by the customer (honest friction).
3. Refund-step slot: what gets refunded (product price) and what does not (original + return shipping).

The fine print

• Claims outside the 90-day-plus-14-day window, or without complete and comparable photos and an order number, cannot be honored.
• Photos must be authentic and reasonably comparable. We may decline incomplete, altered or inconsistent claims.
• Exclusion slot: misuse, adverse reaction (name the precaution), results outside consistent use.
• This is a voluntary promise from the brand. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable law or our standard return policy.
• We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
