Subscriptions and reordering
A subscription is a simple arrangement: the next bottle of BounceBack Recovery Drops arrives without you having to remember — and the arrangement bends whenever your dog's routine does.
How Recurring Delivery Works
When you choose a subscription for BounceBack Recovery Drops, your order repeats on its own instead of starting from scratch each time. You set it up once at checkout, and after that every delivery follows the same pattern until you tell us otherwise. Each order is confirmed by email, so you always have a record of what was sent and when. If you ever lose track, your account and your inbox hold the full history.
Pausing Or Skipping
Recovery does not follow a calendar. If a bottle is still going strong, if you are travelling, or if your vet has suggested a break, you can pause your subscription and pick it up again later — or skip a single delivery and let the following one arrive as planned. Nothing is lost along the way: your plan waits for you, not the other way around.
Changing The Details
Addresses change, dogs move between households, and sometimes two bottles a cycle quietly become one. You can update your delivery address, the amount that ships, and how often it ships whenever you like. The simplest route is through your account; if you would rather ask a person, write to help@fondpaws.com and we will sort it out with you.
Ending Your Subscription
You can end a subscription yourself, for any reason, and you never have to call anyone to do it. There is no minimum term: you can cancel from your first order onward, with 14 days notice before the next charge. Cancel from your account, or send one line to help@fondpaws.com — that is the whole process. Once a subscription is ended, no further orders are placed. If a box is already on its way when you cancel, it still arrives; after that, nothing more is scheduled. What you have received is yours to finish at your dog's pace.
As Your Dog Progresses
BounceBack Recovery Drops are a supplement, not a medicine: they are there to support a dog through recovery, alongside whatever your vet has planned. How long that support is useful depends on your dog — some need it longer, some less — and that judgment belongs to you and your vet together. If your dog's plan changes, let the subscription follow: pause it, stretch it out, or end it. The schedule serves the recovery, never the reverse.
