Contact and help
Here is how to reach us, what belongs in your message, and what you can look into yourself while you wait.
How to reach us
Write to help@fondpaws.com. It is the one address for everything: questions before you buy, questions about an order already placed, and anything that arrived not quite right. A short subject line helps - for example, whether it is a question about BounceBack Recovery Drops or an order that came in damaged. Your message lands with people who know the products, so plain words work better than formal ones.
What to include so we can answer well
A few details save a round of back-and-forth. If your message is about an order, add the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about a product, say which one - BounceBack Recovery Drops or Ear Rinse - and, if your bottle carries a batch code, mention it. One sentence about your dog helps too: age, size, and what you are hoping to support. If something looks wrong with the bottle or the packaging, attach a photo; a picture often settles a question faster than a description.
What you can check yourself first
Many answers are already in front of you. The label on the bottle carries the serving guidance and the full ingredient list, and the product page repeats both. If your question is about how much to give or how often, start there. If your dog is recovering from a diagnosis or a procedure, your veterinarian's instructions always come first - our products sit alongside that plan, not instead of it. Every dog responds differently, and nothing here replaces a conversation with your vet.
What we cannot answer
We can explain what is in the bottle and how it is meant to be used. We cannot diagnose, read test results, adjust medication, or judge whether a supplement suits a specific illness - that is veterinary ground, and we will not guess on it. If a message touches on treatment, we will point you back to your vet rather than offer an opinion. That is not reluctance; it is the honest limit of what a supplement shop can responsibly say.
If something arrived damaged or not as expected
Tell us what you ordered, what arrived, and what is off - a photo helps. Add your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will look at it properly and come back with a way forward; you will not have to argue your case twice. A plain description in your own words is exactly right - nothing needs to be formal.
