Why FondPaws exists
FondPaws exists for the quiet stretch after a diagnosis or a procedure — the long middle between the vet's plan and the day your dog feels like themselves again.
The part nobody walks you through
A diagnosis or a surgery comes with instructions, a follow-up appointment, and then — suddenly — ordinary days. Rest that feels endless, progress that does not move in straight lines, and questions that arrive late in the evening when the clinic is closed. That stretch is where most of recovery actually happens, and it is where owners are left to piece things together on their own. FondPaws was shaped around that reality: not around the dramatic first day, but around the slow, unglamorous weeks in which care is measured in small routines.
Quiet on purpose
You will not find countdown timers here, or star ratings we cannot account for, or headlines that manufacture urgency out of your worry. Worry is already heavy enough to carry. We would rather explain than persuade: what a supplement is, what it is not, what the label says, and which questions belong in your veterinarian's office. If a sentence would need a number we cannot stand behind, we would rather leave the number out than guess.
Support, plainly defined
BounceBack Recovery Drops are a supplement, made to sit alongside a recovery plan your veterinarian sets — a companion for joints, mobility, and the ordinary days in between, not a treatment and not a shortcut. Nothing on this site replaces professional advice; when something changes in your dog, your veterinarian hears it first. And because every dog recovers differently, we describe intentions rather than guarantees: support is what we aim to offer, and outcomes belong to each individual dog.
Care beyond the bottle
Recovery is rarely only about joints. It is also the smaller rituals: a comfortable bed, a walk shortened without drama, clean ears, a coat that gets a little extra attention. Our Ear Rinse exists for those small routines — straightforward everyday ear cleaning, nothing more complicated than that. We take the same approach there as everywhere else: a short, clear explanation of what it is for, honest instructions, and no promises the product cannot keep.
What we ask of you
Bring your skepticism — it is useful. Read labels, compare them, write to us at help@fondpaws.com with anything unclear, and take the harder questions to your veterinarian. Use our pages to prepare for appointments, not to replace them. If this site helps you feel steadier through the waiting weeks — whether or not a bottle ever reaches your door — it has done its job.
