Our promise to you and your dog

This page explains, in plain words, what we promise when you order BounceBack Recovery Drops, how to reach us if it isn't right for your dog, and where the promise honestly ends.

What We Actually Promise

If BounceBack Recovery Drops don't feel right for your dog, or you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, write to us at help@fondpaws.com. Tell us what happened, in your own words. We will work out a fair solution with you — usually that means refunding what you paid. There is no special form to fill in and no script designed to wear you down; a promise only means something if using it is easy, so we kept it that way.

How To Use It

One email is enough. Send it to help@fondpaws.com with your order number and a couple of sentences about what didn't work for you or your dog. We read every message ourselves and reply with a concrete next step. If anything needs to come back to us, we'll explain exactly how; if nothing does, we'll say so plainly. You'll be talking to a person who knows the product, not a queue.

What The Promise Covers — And What It Never Could

The promise covers your experience as a customer: the product you received, the way your order was handled, and whether BounceBack earned its place in your dog's daily routine. It does not cover outcomes, and we'd rather say that outright than hint around it. BounceBack is a supplement intended to support dogs through recovery — their joints, their mobility, their everyday ease. It is not a medicine. It does not treat, cure, or repair anything, and nobody can honestly promise you a result, or a date on which one arrives. Every dog is different, every recovery is different, and results vary. If someone promises you otherwise, be cautious.

Where Your Veterinarian Comes First

If your dog is recovering from a procedure or living with a diagnosis, the recovery plan belongs to your veterinarian. BounceBack is meant to sit alongside a vet-led plan as everyday support, never in place of it. Before adding any supplement — ours or anyone else's — it's worth a short conversation with your vet, particularly if your dog takes medication or has an existing condition. And if something about your dog changes suddenly, skip us and call the vet first. That isn't fine print; it's simply the right order of things.

Questions Before You Buy Count Too

The promise isn't only for after an order. If you're unsure whether BounceBack suits your dog — age, size, medication, timing after a procedure — ask us first at help@fondpaws.com. We would much rather answer your careful questions before you buy than sell a bottle that ends up unopened on a shelf. And if the honest answer is that we're not the right fit for your dog, we'll tell you that, too. A page like this should be worth reading even if you never buy anything; that is the standard we wrote it to.
