How and when your BounceBack order is sent. Delivery windows are estimates from the day an order is dispatched, not guarantees.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. During busier periods this can take a little longer; you will always receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and the carrier. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and can be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking link is included in your dispatch email. You can also follow an order any time on our track-order page.
