NMN is its direct precursor

What is actually in it?

How do I give it?
One measured dropper a day, on food. The amount is set by weight alone.
How long does a bottle last?
Between 30 and 120 days, depending on your dog's weight. The table at the top gives the exact figure for each band.
Can I use it alongside a joint chew or a vitamin?
Talk with your veterinarian about the combination, particularly if your dog takes anticoagulants or NSAIDs.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $2.99 flat within the United States. It is free on one-time orders over $80 and on plan deliveries over $30 — the plan threshold is lower because the discount that covers it applies to every delivery. Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive about 5–8 days after that. We do not ship outside the United States.
Is there a minimum term on the plans?
No. Every plan can be cancelled from your first order onward, in your account, with no fee. Cancel at least 14 days before the next charge and nothing more bills; later than that, the next delivery still ships and the plan ends after it. Skipping or pausing a delivery is always free.
What if it is not for us?
Ask within 90 days of your order and we refund the product price. There is nothing to send back. The window is that long so you can judge it properly, not so you have to hurry.
Is it safe for everyday use?
It is made for adult and senior dogs, as directed. For puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs, or dogs under 10 lb, ask your veterinarian first.
What about cats?
No. This is formulated for dogs and dosed by canine weight bands. We have not tested it for cats and will not guess.
My dog is fussy. Will he take it?
It is beef and apple flavoured and goes straight onto food rather than being given separately. If it does not work out, the 90-day promise covers it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive about 5–8 days after that, so most parcels land within 6 to 11 days. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates — a carrier can add a few days. We ship within the United States only.
What if I see nothing at all?
Then ask for your money back within 90 days. We make no promise about what you will see, and we are not going to start now.
