In plain words: how our products are made, how each run is coded and checked, and how to read, store, and question whatever arrives at your door.
Made In Planned Runs
Our products are made in planned runs rather than one continuous stream. That pace trades a little convenience for a simpler promise: what we ship is current stock, moved from production to shelf to your door without long detours. When a run is gone, the next one follows. We would rather be briefly unavailable than quietly hand you a bottle that has been waiting around.
Why Every Bottle Carries A Code
Each run becomes a batch, and each batch is given its own code on the packaging. That code tells us when your bottle was made and which run it came from, which turns a vague worry into a precise answer. If you ever write to us about a bottle, the batch code is the first thing we will reach for. You will find it printed on the packaging, and we are glad to help you locate it if it hides.
Checked Along The Way
Checking is not a single moment at the end. Materials are reviewed when they arrive, the blend is watched during production, and finished bottles are examined again before they leave. We choose partners who do this work professionally, because we hold ourselves to the same standard we would want for our own dogs. If you would like to know what was checked on your particular batch, ask. We will tell you plainly what we can share, and just as plainly what we cannot.
The Date On The Bottle
Every bottle carries a best-by date, placed where you can find it without a search party. Read it as the window during which we stand behind the product's quality. It is a horizon, not a cliff edge. If your bottle is past that date, or the print is smudged or missing, send us the batch code and we will work out the sensible next step together.
Keeping It Good At Home
Storage advice rarely sparkles, and it works anyway: a closed cupboard or a shaded shelf, away from direct sun, away from the stove or the radiator, cap firmly on between uses. The bathroom is a tempting home and a poor one, because steam and temperature swings are hard on any liquid product. The same rules cover the ear rinse, with one extra habit: keep the tip clean and capped, so it is ready the next time you need it.
If Something Seems Off
A broken seal, a leak, a color or smell that surprises you. Do not use the bottle, and do not hesitate to tell us. A photo and the batch code are all we need to start, and we will figure out the fair way forward together. And if your question is really about your dog's recovery rather than the bottle itself, your veterinarian is the right first call. We look after the product; they look after the plan.
